Account Executive
Job Profile:-
- Data entry in ERP including Sales, Purchase, receipts, payment, ledger and journals.
- Preparation of creditor/ Debtors statement.
- Receiving and processing all invoice, expenses forms and request payment.
- Preparing a bills and receipts.
- Maintain accounting records, making copies and documents filling etc.
- Thorough with statutory compliance of deducted and collected taxes viz Service Tax, TDS and professional Tax.
- Prepare GRN
- Coordination with HO for payment process
Qualification:-
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting
- Commerce Graduate
