At RCDI we offer a unique blend on programs aimed at enhancing Design thinking skills of students with the help of product design, Desiging on Cad-Cam, Robotics, AI and much more…!!
The students of Abhisar at RCDI are exploring design and technology putting the infrastructure of RCDI at its best use. They are learning modular element design.
They have learnt to develop graphics for communication, subtractive and additive methods of making, making through surface enrolment, shaping of materials by heating and molding. To improve these skills, they have learnt use of foam cutters, strip heat benders, scroll saw, sanding machine, laser cutter and 3D printers.
The students have developed prototypes of their products that are made out of paper sheets, wooden boards and recycled plastic.
After introductions to these skill sets and methods of making, now the students are undergoing design exercise of modular element design.
